Parkway Pool Party Rental
Service Description
Parkway Pool Party Rental for Cedar Creek Residents. This rental ensures you have (2) designated tables (as shown in the rental image) available for your party to utilize for food and or drinks for your party. The pool will be open as normal- your party will not have exclusive access. You may have a total of 6-20 guests including yourself. The rental fee for 3 hours is $150, $75 may be refunded if your party leaves the pool area cleaned & undamaged.
Cancellation Policy
Pool Party Reservations: 1. Parties may consist of no more than 20 attendees including the hosts. 2. Parties must be scheduled at least 5 days in advance. a. Cancellations must happen prior to 24 hours in advance of the event. 3. Residents may only reserve the pool party tables once every 7 days from the day following your last reservation. 4. HOA provided wristbands must be worn by all attendees at all times. 5. A party roster must be provided to the pool monitor. 6. The fee for the 3-hour party rental is $150. $75 will be refunded if the area is left clean & undamaged. 7. The pools are open to other residents & their guests during your party. 8. Residents are responsible for guest behavior and any damage. 9. A single table will be reserved for your party. 10. Reservation time blocks are as follows: a. Parkway Pool 12-3 PM & 4-7 PM b. Southglen Pool 1-4 PM & 5-8 PM 11. Food & Drinks are allowed only in designated eating areas 12. Cleanup includes all trash (cups, napkins, boxes, food, ground debris) 13. Trash must be taken to the main dumpster. 14. Grill Use (First come, First Served) a. Clean grill after use. b. Turn off propane tank when finished. c. Replace cover once grill has cooled. d. Bring your own grilling utensils.
